Red Lucy's chamber is a location in The Thorn. Red Lucy 's chamber is a dimly lit section of the underground Las Vegas sewer system. A seemingly clean couch is on the left as the Courier enters, with a coffee table behind it with an empty whiskey bottle on top. Behind the table, is an upright barrel with an interactive radio that plays Radio New Vegas. Further on, there is a writing desk. In between the alcoves on the right, there is a switch that turns the lighting in the chamber red, for a "more romantic" feel.

Red Lucy is the caretaker of the Thorn in A confident, proud woman who attempts to conceal her emotions behind a mask of stoicism, Red Lucy perceives human life as cheap and fragile. She views the Thorn as a means to escape from the bonds of a harsh and hostile land, "awakening" people and allowing them to "choose the moment of death against the will of destiny.

The Thorn is my master, not the other way around. I live to make our kin able to transcend their limitations. Our land is harsh, and hostile. Our lives are cheap, and fragile. Death is our assured fate, striking when least we expect it.
